Store Policy


Shipping is 3-7 business days. Processing 24-48 hours.

All items ship priority mail usps. Once items are shipped and tracking is sent, it is out of our control for any shipping delays. Please be sure that your email and mailing address is correct before completion of order. We will only contact you about your order via email. 


All payments are verified. Name on order must match card information or order will be refunded and cancelled immediately. An email will be sent to you notifying you why you order was cancelled. Only payments accepted are Stripe (credit/debit), Paypal, Sezzle. 


Only customers who are members can access wholesale items. Once sign-up form is completed a confirmation of approval will be sent to your email provided within 2-3 business days. All documents provided must have business name and information. First shipping address you submit will be the only address we ship too. We will only change the address if documents are given showing a business address change. Please verify your address before submitting your initial/first order.  Documents needed are official letter of Employee Identification Number (EIN) and/or Resellers Permit (RP).

Wholesale Shipping

All wholesale will ship same day if purchases are made by 12pm est. Monday-Saturday. We will not ship any wholesale item(s) on Sunday. Local Wholesale orders may receive same day pick between the hours of 11am-9pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday. Wednesday's orders can only be picked up between the hours of 1pm-5pm. 

Sundays We Are Closed. No Shipping or Pick Ups.  Wholesale orders can ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight if package.
